Are these guys 4real or was I ripped off?? Ordered DSP and fuel pump 4 days ago and placed it on 2 day delivery. They wont answer my calls, they wont respond to emails and I cant even log in on their website because it says my email is not correct which of coarse it is after many attempts. Should I just report this to paypal, submit a claim and get my money back or does their service just really suck this bad??
do you know if they have it in stock? they are real. and maybe not one of the more customer service savy vendors but are one of the bigger vendors on here. pm this guy. quicky4JR. he works there. just let him know your issue. just cause you order something and put it on 2day shipping doesnt mean youll get it cause it could be out of stock.

How bout you PM me your name and info and I will look into it. We do have a vendor section on here so you can always go there if you cant get ahold of us elsewhere. Didn't see that you even tried that.

No one is blowing you off. Its not like we memorize a phone number and ignore it..... We don't blow anyone off like that. See previous post of mine.

websites are ALWAYS wrong. if its a srt part and the vendor is on this site. i always pm them first and go from there

I did PM you and I am new to this site. Figured what better place to know where to buy my parts than an SRT site. And I am not saying you guys are blowing me off on purpose. It's just almost impossibe to get a hold of you guys through your legite website or on the phone. An order status update would have been nice. I place 4 separate orders on the same day as this and each provided an order invoice and order status except you guys.
And you cant blame me for thinking its a scam when ordering from you guys for the first time, emails dont get a response, phone calls dont get answered, your website wont accept my email or log in info. A customer should not have to search forums to try to get a hold of an employee to get his questions answered. Thays why you have a website. But if this is all legit and my order will be processed then I am ok with it. Thats all I needed to hear from an actual employee that has access to my order. Thanks.

Pretty typical experience, your first impression is correct. Based on the amount of complaint threads about them here, the name fits perfect because it seems like half their customers usually end up in a rage.
RAGE TEK is a JOKE. Placed my order 06/08/09. It is now 06/22/09 and nothing has been shipped. I have not been told if the parts are in stock. They wont answer phone calls or respond to emails. I have to search for employees on forums to get answers to my questions. After finding someone that works for them I was told my order would be shipped by 06/15/09 and if my parts were not in stock I would get a refund. It has now been 7 days since the "promise" date of a shipment and guess what?!?!? NO SHIPMENT, NO REFUND, NOT A WORD. They have until tomorrow to process my refund. NEVER BUY FROM THIS JOKE OF A VENDOR. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO ALL THE BAD COMPLAINTS AND GIVEN MY MONEY TO A REAL SELLER. DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE ALLOWED ON THIS FORUM. ITS SUPPORTING BAD BUSINESS. They had no problem taking my money though!!
Sites need to stop advertising things like 2-day shipping.... because it insinuates that you will get your parts in 2 days. When they don't ship out for 2,3,4,20 days, the 2-day shipping doesn't really mean anything anymore!!! It's not just Rage, it's a lot of them!!!
