chief thanks for starting this thread. was about to buy the 3 bar map and tip sensors and rescale for my DSP from them here in the next few weeks. but i think im gonna look some place else, i dont want to have to worry about getting my sensors and then never getting the rescale

" This box is NOT made for a 120lb block its a air-kraft AIR BUBBLE mailers..." Its a thin one layer regular box!!!! Than he wrapped 1 layer carboard one time around the block... that was his packing.

You sent me the motor in the same condition that it left in packaging wise. I packaged the block with two wraps of double walled cardboard, and the box it was put in was not reinforced but the two walls inside of the box were supporting it. We were able to pick up the box with out any issues of the motor falling out so that indicated that it should had been protected. Now this is the main reason I don't like dealing with the other shippers and we try to use USPS for all our shipping needs. Don't blame the shippers, blame the person shipping it, I am good with that and I will applogize for the condition that the motor arrived to you in.
All I need to know now is what you want done about it? I will not reply to any other posts in this thread because 90% of the comments coming from people in this thread have never even bought a part from us or talked with us on the phone. So, you can PM me or call me to resolve the issue and let me know what you would like to be done in return. I have 2 motors that are 40 + over and I can send you one (much better packaging) or you can let me know what the cost of this motor replacement is going to be.
Would have been nice to get a phone call and let us know what happend vs what we are seeing here.

Not to be an ass to you but to be honest, if I was Jon and I had a customer act this way towards me and my business I would have a hard time sending you a new block aswell. Im not saying they didnt mess up cause they did but atleast give them a chance to fix it before you bash them

JOn COME ON!!!! the block WAS NOT DAMAGED in ANY way... one reason why i know this??!?!? BECAUSE if it WAS damaged on the way to YOU i would not have found the chunk of block laying in the bottom of YOUR packing box. SO my pack JOB was OVBIOUSLY a hell of alot better than yours...
Called my local dodge dealer.... dodge will NOT sell just a bare block.. short blocks only which are....$1700.. piston and rod combo is 105*4 420 ... crank is 235....Lookin at close to 1000 dollars after you would sell the rod/piston combo and crank.... THESE prices are RIGHT from my local dodge dealer.
Send me 400 bucks to replace this short block (resonable)... i dont want ANYTHING laying in your shop... NOR would i want you shipping any kinda product to me again.
If i called and told him... he would not believe me.... Pics are worth a thosand words...
