I've never done business with him, but from what I've heard, he burned the 1st gen neon crowd, and since nobody will do business with him over there and he still owes people parts, he's now doing business elsewhere. Hopefully I've heard wrong, but I told someone that I was thinking about doing business with them, and they set me straight.

www.neons.org :: View topic - Does Nemo still owe anyone money on this board?

I really hope that's not what's going on, and I'm not trying to sabotage a good vendor's reputation. It just seems silly to get burned once and then stick your hand back in the fire expecting a different result. Can someone contact him and make him aware of this thread so it's not just a bashing? I think before any judgments are to be made against him, let's hear what he has to say.

i doubt he will, as he would need to address the first post.

products themselves may or may not be good (don't have any, don't know), but customer service is not rage-tek's middle name.

just try getting a tracking # on something that's 'shipped.'

if you keep them on the phone long enough, they'll discovery it actually hasn't shipped, but they'll 'send it out tomorrow.'

and then you'll find out tomorrow never comes.

i can't for the life of me understand the logic in this.

people will be patient if they know something isn't ready.

when they're told the items have shipped, though, they get panicky thinking something happened to the shipment.

why bother bullshitting the customers?

Make sure you really need the tob kit before wasting your money (and trying your patience).

yes investment.....with all the money i got in this thing it is an investment

and yes the aem ems and the htob has been the best investment.....with the ems and all the feature it makes the car run better than stock....and the htob makes this race clutch very very very drivable....

oh and ems 30+ mpg's on the highway

the htob should make a 'race clutch' less 'driveable' (unless your trans had problems)
