One thing that bothered me when viewing pictures of the dp on the web was that it appeared as though the 3" - 2.25" reducer was an angular piece and therefore was concerned about turbulence.
The reducer is actually a smooth bottleneck like on a rifle cartridge (very similar to the Weatherby cases).
Glad because most of the time the dump will stay closed (I think).
Nice piece and as a plus Rob is always pleasant to deal with.
