just wana see if someone can give me some advise on a good shop they recommend bought a 05 srt4 a while ago and has mods and stuff just wana bring it to a shop to have the car looked at and maybe get some stuff done to the car as well.
Jennetty Racing is in CT but worth the ride. I'm in NJ and went to him for dyno tuning my SCT and am going back (3 hour ride to get there). Ted runs a very professional operation, installs, custom fabrication, wheels / tires /alignment. Also, he knows the SRT and 2spools who works for him owns an SRT............not a lot of performance places that you will find have a enough respect for the SRT-4 in order to be trusted to work on it, they either like Camaro's & Firebirds or EVO's, Honda's and Subaru's.
I think there is a place called RIP tuning in staten island.. look into it
i know for a fact that the shop owner has a 500hp srt4
stay away from ripp mods. thats all im gonna say. if you want it done right, go with jannetty in ct, or buschur in eastern pa, other than that, take the 6 hr drive to aaron at realtune in ohio. not convinced about him? look up erabbit23, or anybody else in the pa srt crew. or, IMO, the best option would be to wait for when jay (n2mb) makes his way back up to nj/ny for a tuning session with the locals. he does it every once in a while. nothing like having quite possibly the best srt4 tuner in the world dial your car in.
oh, and as far as getting the car looked at and small installs...look for some local srt guys. there a a TON of really smart srt guys out on LI. check out w w w . s r t 4 m a t i o n . c o m for the locals.
yea the car was worked on by jay at n2mb and stuff when he was working up here its just i don't know a hole lot about the srt4 and the car has a big turbo and meth kit and pushing 24 psi of boost and more i don't know. the air bag light is on and engine light think i need a stage 2 ecu but when i got the car i had to get a a inspection and like a newb i brought the car to some random place and the guy was leaning the engine out and messed with the boost and shit so i just wanna bring it to a good tuner shop someplace to make sure shit is all good and what not then get some small inslations done
and thnks for the head up about ripp ive also got some bad info on that place aswell anyway i guess all the good shops are a little drive away from were i am
idk if they do any work on srt's in there shop but my brother has known Rob from NoLimitMotorsport for a while and I have known for a little while as well, great guy, great company, parts wise i would always go with them, and as for installation and tunning you would have to ask them... but these guys know cars, the owner has a 900whp Skyline lol if they work on srt's i would not hesitate to use them for one second
No limit motorsports off sunrise hwy, (900 whp r33, modified mag cover car)
Performance motorsports(worlds quickest 350z) in..i want to say smithtown, off 347,
i know there is a vw shop in deerpark thats badass, but idk if you want vw specialists working on your car.
I know some1 said rippmods, i have seen the cars that have come out of there and im impressed. since your on long island have your even seen the orange srt-4 with a ton of cf, rotas with the inside of the spokes color matched to the car, and his plate is hoopdee? his car was build by them.
also, theres a shop off ocean avenue, in between the lie and vets, but i dont recommend them unless your trying to build a V8 track car.
i dont know about any srt-4 specific shops on li, but those shops are all really good. you could try them if u want to.
btw if you do bring your car to performance motorsports be prepared for a short guy to mess around with you because you own an srt-4. just dont take it to heart, he messes around with me all the time.
do not go to ripp mods. they fucking suck. hit up aha to have the car looked over. also what are you tuning the car with??i can street tune you or dyno tune you as wel..
I think there is a place called RIP tuning in staten island.. look into it

if you're referring to Phil, he left the shop AND sold that car a long ass time ago.
AHA FTMFW.
