Default Need a custom exhaust shop

I live near Baltimore, MD, and I am looking for exhaust shops that will do custom mandrel bent exhaust systems. Unless anyone knows where I can get a 3.5" turbo back system?? I am willing to go maybe 100 miles to get the work done.

My thoughts were that if you could match up the 3.5" O2 housing to a full 3.5" system would be some sweet middle ground for someone that is planning on going 450+ than going with a 4" dump or side exit. I believe 3.5 will go all the way, but 4"????

mandrel bending solutions or MDS in pasadena, md. took my car there for a cat install, they have pipe all the way up to 5". good solid work, reasonable prices.

Are you looking for a shop to do a full mandrel bent system out of full pipe.Or piece together a mandrel system with pre done bends and tig welded. Not many shops have a mandrel bender the prices are nuts.

it would not matter to me one way or the other, but the making it a reality part $$$$ might put me in a bind. I think I am going to get a 3" used sysem, and wait till I can get a competitive price. What is making it expensive is the only people I have talked to so far that will try are not SRT-4 people. If a Vendor who already mass produces 3" mandrel would use the template design and apply it to 3.5" I think If it produces better #'s it would sell. I am willing to try it and do the comparison, but right now my budget might stop me. I NEED other things, I WANT the 3.5

lol if you feel like driving to warren MI (near detroit) there's a shop called Diamond Fabrications that'll do it for probably $500. They mainly do mustang stuff, but I had a friend go there and get a custom 3" turboback on his A4 and it was right around $500 installed.

The diff. between 3 and 3.5 is nothing. You would probably not gain anything with a 3.5". plenty of people running 450+ with a 3" exhaust.
