very nice intake how much did that run you? Post up those before and after dyno #'s!!!
i actually have a personal friend who is a vendor for a lot of the companies. Its usually like 750 for the polished manifold.. He got it for me for ..Less
dyno graphs to come
Please get REAL before and after numbers, not that stuff they tried to pawn off on us before. Real interested on some real numbers
So exactly what kind of stuff did we try to pawn off on you? The before and after testing could not be completed the same day, we did our best to keep the tuning as close as possible between the 2 sessions. Anytime you change a part like that your certainly going to need to tune it in to get the car to run right, and to get the most out of the part. Take a look at the dyno chart attached. Ill explain it:
Runfile_014 was the first dyno run with the stock intake
Runfile_016 was the first dyno run with the SMIM, nothing was touched for this run, we installed the manifold and went to the dyno. As you can see even with no tuning it still made 8hp. Look at how rich the car was running, no one would in their right mind would leave the car like this to drive everyday.
Runfile_022 was the last run of the dyno session, the car was tuned to match the stock intake run as close as they possibly could. That?s where the 24hp gain was. I?m not sure what more proof you want?
With more tuning im sure we could easily squeeze another 10hp out of it, but those wouldn?t be "REAL" world numbers that everyone expects to see, so we stopped there.
As for modifications, you will most likely need to change your upper IC pipe unless you have the tools to modify your existing one to work. You will also need to trim your radiator hose about 1". Lastly your dipstick bracket will need to be tweaked a bit. We have a whole page on our site with install tips, as well as what parts need to be modified. That page is here:
Yes we are new to the SRT4 scene, we have specialized in DSM's for the past 3 years and are just trying to break into new markets. I understand being a new vendor to the forums there are uncertainties to our reputation, but by no means would we go through the hassle to make false dyno claims on our products. If you have any questions at all please don?t hesitate to contact me.
Thanks,

It looks good and makes the power, don't worry and I would recommend that you stay out of the pissing matches with the other vendors. Let your parts do the talking for you.
My 3rd gear went after my initial pump gas tune, so ive been waiting forever to get my new tranny from performance autowerks
Apparently it was sent out on Monday the 11th, so i should have it by friday, the shop will slap it in, and then do the final tune on the dyno..
I kinda screwed up the variables for you guys though
im sorry
the original plan was to just swap in the intake and throw it on the dyno to give people more info about the product, but in transit somehow the d-tec that i had installed just stopped making a complete loop, it wouldnt control fuel anymore, somewhere down the line a wire must have been cut or something came loose, so instead of troubleshooting that, i just installed an EMS.
on top of that i have a progressive meth kit as well. We boost leak tested the car, and there were quite a few, the Intake manifold gasket was a biggie, as well as a lack of gasket inbetween my tial BOV somehow?... and another on a makeshift catchcan.
So with all the boost leaks fixed, the aem ems, and the 50/50 meth-water i should have some numbers for you in a week or so, now i know these numbers almost mean nothing to you as far as this intake is considered. But maybe you can find someone with similar mods with the stock intake manifold to compare it to.
Before all of this i put down 358whp 377wtq @ 20psi 11.5:1_redline
