Default modern performance

Modern performance screwed up my order, they were supposed to call me back and give me the price of a autometer oil pressure gauge before my order was finalized. But they did not and know I have 8 mm plug wires in blue already on the way and did not even get the price of the gauge.Now I have to go through the process of sending them back and getting the right ones and will probably have to pay shipping back to them. This is the only company that I have had a problem with, I hope they do something to resolve this problem and keep me as a customer. Sorry just had to vent a little!

Yeah man Contact MP they are good about fixing mistakes. I bought 2 2.5" couplers 1 hump and straight hose for intercooler tube. and it wasn't even MP's fault they sent the right packaging turned out Vibrant sent the right package with the wrong size coupler.

they sent 1 2.25" hump hose coupler and 1 2.5" straight hose couplers i contacted them they shipped out next day air the right one this time. though i had them measure it before to make sure it was correct.

And this thread and the OP are just another example of how not to handle a situation with a good vender.

First off, if you really think this is such a big deal you need to get a life. Second, you need to contact them by phone or PM and handle this situation and delete this thread.

All you are going to do is get flamed for this shit.

I am sure MPx will do the right thing and fix this and take care of you just like they take care of all of their other customers. However if the decide not to since you seem to be clueless on how to conduct yourself I wouldn't blame them. So what they lose one customer. I know I have bought a crap load of stuff from them and have always been taken care of. Plan on buying more crap from them in the future/near future as well.

The salesman already said that I would have to "just send it back". So before you guys jump the gun and accuse me of being a dick maybe you should have handled your response a little different. By the way isn't this the forum where you post your experiences and tell people about what you think, I THOUGHT SO.So flame away, I know that everyone is human but he said he would call back with the price of the gauge BEFORE finalizing the deal!But what do I know I am not a premium member so whatever.

Modern Performance has done me right, before I even owned a SRT4!!! In my damn near a decade of dealing with them, I've never had them mess up anything. I bought a 60mm TB for my 1st gen neon, the shaft in it broke. I called them to ask about getting a new shaft, they sent me out 1 the next day free of charge. They stand behind their products, always answered my questions, and always delivered on time. What else do you want? In all honesty, out of the many vendors we have here, they're one of the top 3, if not #1!!!! Unless your not civil, I can't see why they wouldn't take care of you.

You must be taking alot of food out of your kids mouths if you are raising hell about this issue.

And as for being a premium member, yeah, doesn't mean shit. great you paid money. That must have been another meal out of their mouths.

You signed up in Feb 07 and have 91 post to your name. When you are a more learned person on the forums then come talk to me. The basic rule of handling this stuff is to talk to the vender to get it straightened out. I am sick and tired of people come on here and crying that they had a bad experience and they ordered something that cost $4. Come on, give me a break. Work it out off line with them.

My kids are fed so maybe you should go fantasize about being a comic book hero. All I was doing was talking about my deal, I did not bad mouth them or run their name in the dirt.
