just a bit miffed at innovative, it's a long one
As far as i know they are not a vendor on here but they must be blasted. Innovative turbo has to be the worst company for turbos. Here is the story but i guess i asked for it. I went with Psi-Fi soley on the basis that they where a NJ based company and if anything went wrong i could get the car towed to their garage. BIG MISTAKE!!!
The turbo was smoking because it was dumping oil out the exhaust, this was in December. Since they are no longer supporting the SRT-4 i have to go to their vendor which is innovative turbo. So i sent him my turbo thinking it was under warranty since i bought it back in June last year. Never heard from him so i call and speak to Justin, it's on the bench and i'll call you back. Ok a week later, hey Justin remember me the guy that sent you that turbo 2 weeks ago? so he says yea what's your name again two Brian's sent there turbos in which one are you? So he says i don't have any info yet i'll call you back. Few days go by when i could get him on the phone that is, Classic PSi-Fi move by the way why should i expect any less form there vendor???
So i say What's up with the turbo?? He charges me 340 bucks for a maintenance kit. He says it failed because of oil contamination. BS i only use Mobil 1 in it and i change it religiously every 3000 miles with a mopar filter. But i'm stuck paying for it if i want to drive this car anytime soon. So i pay it says it will go out today and it goes ground. Week goes by no turbo, start my call process and final y get him a few days later. Justin where's my turbo? we lost it it's here in the shop somewhere. I was so pissed i just hung up the phone. Let myself stew for awhile and called back a few days later because i can't get him on the phone. Justin where's my turbo? we sent it out you should get it soon, can i have a tracking #? i;ll get it form shipping i'll call you back. Ok by this time it's end of January i've made two car payments and still no SRT to drive. So i call him back last week Justin where's my turbo? We sent it to the wrong person i have it and we will eat the shipping you will get it Friday. Ok i was so ecstatic i was happy with that answer. Friday came no turbo, OK maybe Saturday, came and gone no turbo. Here i am today three months and going to make the third payment on a car i haven't driven since December. Waiting to 12:00 est my time to give that SOB a piece of my mind.
