Default FWD Performance!!

I highly suggest that no one take there car there. They installed a clutch that i had built for my srt-4. First off it took them two weeks to even get to it when they said only a week and it will be done. This clutch is supposed to be seated in but they put it right on the dyno and ran it. Even after i told them to seat the clutch before they dyno it. When i got the car i didnt get on it cuz i wanted to seat the clutch. After about 400 miles on the clutch it started slipping real bad. So i took the tranny out myself and look at the clutch and the clutch had greasy finger prints all over it which burned into the material. Since i brought the clutch to them they wont do anything about it. I have pictures of it and will post them tommorrow. So if i were you i would stay away from there bussiness they will bend you over backwards.

ouch. I think they are a great shop. I dont know why you would have a problem with them. Maybe the problem is the item you brought to them was in a bad condition? Didnt you ever think of that?

FWD performance=worst shop ever.

Ever want to get bent over and screwed multiple times w/inferior parts and install? Ever feel like talking to a wall when it comes to support and service AFTER the sale? Ever feel like wasting your money?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then by all means shop at FWD Performance!

Just like almost anything in life that requires service...

You got people happy, you got people pissed.

Just depends what the 'pissed' people are upset about. This guy seems to be upset in an understandable manner.

90dodgevnt (mike Zajac) = worst customer ever and theif!!. Ripped us off for $1850 dollars!! notice how he only has one post on this whole forum. mmmm....what does that tell you. It was only after he was called out as a theif on the other turbo dodge forums that he started his campaign to smear us. Fortunetly for us, the vast majoirty of the people out there know that we are a quality vendor/company.
If anyone wants to know about us, feel free to ask on either turbododge.com or turbo-mopar.com where we have been a vendor for years. Do your research and you will see that we go above and beyond for our customers. The OP was mad because the clutch he gave us to install was used and when it didn't perform like he wanted, he was upset. I can't blame him, I'd be upset too but it wasn't an install issue, it was an issue with using a used PP that was bad.
later,
Cindy

Cindy, you have NEVER been a quality vendor/company. I challenge anyone to look back through the multiple “bad vendor/problems” posts relating to FWD Performance on turbododge.com/turbomopar.com and see how much of a “quality” outfit FWD Performance really is.

FWD performance is all about taking your money, not honoring any warranty’s (parts and labor), theft (tools and parts), damaging customers cars (the dent in my car the Mike left in the drive door was a nice addition), double charging (part fails and then charged again for part *and* labor), and then outsourcing what you could not fix to a shop that was actually worse then your own (Bat automotive). Lest we forget how long it takes your “shipping” department” to ship parts in a timely manner for something that is “on the shelf”, the dismal flow numbers your Stage III head that took 9 months to complete (again, “on the shelf”), bad intake port work, damaged parts, etcetera. You CAN”T make this stuff up! Members/customers post this EVERYWHERE on the Dodge forums and with little effort, anyone can find the multiple threads with bad business deals with FWD Performance.

The only reason I started the Blog (over a year ago) was to show what happened to my car at your shop of horrors and for people to think twice about spending a dime with your business. Buyer Beware should be plastered all over your website and the front of your shop…

I challenge anyone to read my blog and/or the multiple threads on td.com/turbomopar.com and not say “holy crap” to the number of bad dealings with FWD there have been and how many customers you have screwed. Wouldn’t take too much of an imagination to guess that since you started selling Neon/SRT parts in 2003-ish, how many other boards/threads/less then happy customers you now now have.

As I told a moderator on another board, it was too bad you and I could not work things out as I thought we had a somewhat of a friendship (oops!), but then again, you were and still are blinded/consumed by the allmighty dollar, and would not be worth the additional headache for any attempt to settle our differences.

Cheers.

Well now everyone here will also know what a scumbag you are. Just like the others forums know. If people really want to know the truth and what we are really about, they can feel free to do the research on the other forums and here and see for themselves.

We did the work on your car in 2003. We even picked you up and dropped you off at the airport. let you use our personal car, and even make payments. You never had anthing bad to say about us till 2006 when you were called out as a theif on the other forums. If we were so bad, why wait 3+ years? And your blog is a joke. The only reason you started the blog (4+ years after we worked on your car) was to try and justify ripping us off for $1850 and making yourself feel better. I'm pretty sure people on this list are pretty smart and can see we are a reputable and honest company, unlike yourself. And to top it off, you're a police office. Nice going, a dishonest cop. No wonder some people have a distrust for the police. What police department do you work for again? I'm sure they would love to see what you do in your free time.
You can throw out whatever lies you want, because when it comes down to it, you have no credibility. Once people do the research, they will realize what a liar and theif you are. You have tried to discredit us for the last 2+ years and you know what? it doesn't work. Once people find out the "real" story then you and your blog are a non issue.

Friends? what kind of friend rips you off, then starts a blog to harrass and slander, then goes on whatever forum they can find to post a link to that worthless blog? YOU are NOT a friend in any sense of the word, and I would never be your friend in a million years. good ridance to garbage like you.
later,
Cindy

Cindy,

Revisionist history is apparently your forte’. Check all the dates and e-mails that are on the blog as they are accurate right down to the time, with both pictures and receipts from other shops to fix what you and your idiot shop could not.

Your 2nd summation as to what started the blog in the first place was about as wrong as your Father not pulling out. After being attacked on TD.com by a board member and later finding out that you had been smearing my name to most if not all your customers, that is what prompted the blog. You never wanted to solve any of the problems I called you about, nor was you shop capable to handle working on my car in manner that was slightly above watching the Three Stooges change a light bulb.

In regards to ripping you off, again, let’s recap here: My vehicle is in your shop to have work done. Time and time again I get charged more then once for the same labor, same parts, and you never honor a warranty on anything, even the multiple axles and other parts you purchased from other vendors that HAD a warranty (Autozone/Advance Auto/O’Reileys). Should we recap about the bathtub head that was deemed unusable so you could charge me another $550 for something that I didn’t need, only to jump at the chance to fix it a few years later and charge more? How about all the parts and tools that were “lost” in your shop (right along with the CSXT center caps), or the dent in my car courtesy of Mike? Should I continue? Heck, go read the blog…it’s all there, and then some.

I then attempt to contact you multiple times thru both e-mail and thru phone and I get ignored and you refuse to handle/correctly rectify the problems you didn’t fix the previous 5+ times. There was no alternative but to take the vehicle to another shop(s) and have them fix my vehicle correctly. After that point, well…there was no after that point. You stopped returning my phone calls and pretty much didn’t want to deal with me at all, especially since you could not nor would not provide me with a detailed receipt that I asked for (multiple times at that). Sound familiar? Many months later out of the blue, who should start sending me e-mails about wanting to get paid for work/parts that she wouldn’t honor a warranty on, replace or fix at her own expense? Ding ding! Your prize is in the mail.

Anyway, long story short: you had the option of pursuing our agreement in Muni/J.P. court, but deemed it a waste of your time as my car was not worth much (funny how you said that but had no problems with me paying you every month like a sheep). Either way, had you decided to pursue the issue in court we would’ve settled this, and then you would’ve still had a dislike for me as I would’ve made you look like the fool you are.

You may think I am not credible. It doesn’t surprise me in the least, but take the time and look at the e-mails/pictures, etc. posted and it tells a different story of who is right or wrong in this case. The rest of your e-mail banter is just that…

Again, I wish you and I could’ve settled this issue the right way a long time ago, but you were too busy counting your money from your overpriced parts to care.

Cheers.

revisionist history. I think you invented that. Your facts are not facts at all, just crap you have posted on your blog. Just becuase you typed it in a blog doesn't make it true
You are nothing more than a stalker. Any normal person would say, why wait 3+ years to complain? why only after you are called out as theif 3+ years later, did these issues start? why after 5+ years still follow me around posting your lies? So you are a liar, theif and now delusional? wow, you should really get some help.

Why wait?

Simple. It wasn’t till years later that I started getting attacked on TD.com by some of your idiot customers, and then a few go rounds with your husband on TM.com.

As far as my facts, you are joking right? They are screen captures of e-mails sent by you. Are you now denying that the e-mails were ever authored or sent by you? I can post the headers and all the back information to the e-mails if you would like. Even you can’t be that moronic to say you never sent them…or can you?

I am certainly not following you around posting lies. If you actually took the time to read what was in the Blog, it’s not just my story in there, it’s the story of quite a few jilted ex-FWD Performance customers that paid for a part/service, and in turn received something that didn’t measure up. What happened then? It gets mentioned or posted on TM.com/TD.com about questions with their order, how they were treated after the fact, and you start attacking your own customers!

Yep, it’s all still there, including the part where you call your customers cheap. That was a nice touch.

So, in closing, think of my Blog nothing more then a repository of FWD Performance and a multitude of bad dealings that you never resolved, including mine.

Cheers.
