FTP: Lets make this an even fight... - SRT Forums

It wasnt until recently that i heard about Garrett and FTP; my buddy (isaac; garrett: hes the one that called about the T*Stat the other day) has a S2 Srt with several mods and he has been telling me nothing but good about their work. I have seen his shit and heard him call garrett numerous times to ask advice (24/7). This seems to be the best customer service i have seen; To have an on-call mechanic that gives you answers and doesnt ignore your calls seems to be dedicated. I have worked in customer service since i started working and now i work for the government and i have yet to see someone back their work and products up more then FTP. I have seen a lot of negative feedback and flaming from someone that seems to be pissed off because he didnt get what he wanted when he wanted it. Now i wasnt there so idk what really went down but i do see who the first is to put someone on blast. All i am saying is I will be taking my car to FTP for any work to be done, based soley on the fact that i have seen their work and heard them speak and have yet to meet someone with the knowledge and experience on srts that they have. I'm not here to start a fight or put anyone on blast but just to let you guys know at FTP that i am on your side. If there is anyone i trust my $15k investment to, its you guys. Keep doing what your doing and dont let the negetivity of a disgruntled customer get you down, ultimately it will be their loss. BTW on a side note to garrett, ill be there soon in desperation for a clamp and tune

bump for the jump! I want anyone that SUPPORTS FTP to chime in on their GOOD experience with FTP! I dont need this going down as another fuck FTP thread so if you aint got nothin good to say, STAY THE FUCK OUT! thread jackers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Moderator

BTW keep in mind that I am a totally unbias party. I love Garrett, Tony, Jason, DJ, and all you guys. I think they FTP does good work, but just like every other shop in the world, they might have the ocassional mistake, and can't make everyone happy. I just think it was messed up that you put your link in his thread and then dont want any controdicting info put in yours.. kinda Hipicritical.

this is the answer to the post of what mods has garrett done for mycar. he instaleda stage 2 w toys for me very clean nice work he did everything came out really clean i live in the 805 santa barbara california and i drive down there to get alot of my mods done. he tuned and install the map clamp he makes. my car runs perfectly smooth. he has ran into troubleshooting with my car but he figures it out and tells me what hes gonna do and i think about it. He also is always available for me when i call him and ask hi for advice on products or upgrades. Hes installed way more stuff on my car but i dont wanna name it all but my car runs very strong tanks to his help. Im gonna get a bigger turbo installed by him soon and some electronics. im gonna spend some big $ soon with him . but anyways i dont care about what that guy lemon says i know he and his ftp friends now what they are doing. and one bad apple that complained about his own bads aint gonna stop me from having FTP work on my car 909 status ^_^ btw tty soongarrett

I do not know all the guys there. But i have been friends with Tony for 13 years.. (damn its been that long) and let me tell you, I have never seen that guy tackle a job he could not finish. Tony's original backround is Small Block Chevys and I am suprised at how dedicated he is with the SRT-4's and such. I heard through the grapevine that someone (a customer) was debating FTP's integrity and work and that their motor failed and they wanted to balme FTP.. but low and behold when the oil gets drained and there is less than 2 quarts in the MOFO then what can a MOFO do..

Anyways.. these guys are straight shooters.. they need to bullshit no one..

Garrett has been a stand up guy/vendor in my dealings with him so far. Also has stood by his products and kept very open lines of communication (IE replys to PM's pretty fast). I'll be going back for more as more products come out.
