I sent my intake manifold to Bob at Form and Function about two months ago and I have yet to recieve the complete product. I've had contact with him but nothing but excuses and now no phone calls answered, no response to pm's. On their section there are a couple of forum members that have not recieved their paid items as well. I think the moderators should BAN that company from this forum because they are known for this business practice. I wish I would've done my homework on FnF before sending my part to them. Hopefully they get removed from here like Fullybuilt did, so that paying customers like myself and many others out there dont get taken advantage of.
FYI- Future customers thinking of using FnF don't do it!!!!!!!!!!!

I had been talking to Bob about sending my exhaust manifold in. Glad I held off. I've been hearing a lot of troubling feedback. =/
Bob has a great product, just takes a while to get it back out to the customer. I would hate to see another porter pack up and leave with everyones parts, but I really doubt that would happen with Bob. I am sure he will be in here soon to give you an update on the part/porting.
Bob does awesome work you have to be patient tho. Everyone I know who has gotten something from him had the same complaint and yet they were all very happy with his product's in the end.
^^^ Patience are you insane!!! Part shipped+$$$$= Product. Atleast a phone call, letter, smoke signal, and last but not least a returned phone call. A ported intake manifold does not take 2 months. A built motor yes so this kind of allibi's aren't accepted. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yea Bob does great work, but he does take a little while. As far as I know he never scammed anyone might have taken longer than expected to get their part back, but they got it back. Took me almost 3 months to get my s3 turbo back, but I wasnt in a rush either.

you try and port, anything. see how long it takes you. then realize you did a shit job and only took half the time bob takes. then try and sell your shit job that only took half the time. GL with that. Quality port work takes time. especially when you are trying to do 10 at a time and keep 10 impatient people happy.

OH, have a full time job on top of the porting.
if you are not going to keep things on time why even do two jobs at once?
Sleeper, I apologize for the delays in getting your order out. We have your order in the porting queue and it should be in your hands in about a week or so.
We have been more than slammed with the starting of the season, and I have been continuing to grow in other markets causing an increase in our timelines. I have hired on anther full time apprentice and expanded the porting area to 3 times it's old size so this should help speed up things a bit for everyone.
I appreciate the support and kind words from everyone else. I do like to think that I provide some of the best porting and coating solutions available to everyone here, but you need to realize that this is a specialty service, that is extremely labor intensive and very time consuming to do. For example an srt-4 intake manifold take us ~3hrs to port fully, and an srt-4 exhaust manifold about 5hrs, a 6.1L hemi intake takes about 11hrs to port, viper gen III manifolds about 9, and an average head will have 16-22hrs into it. It's easy to get weeks of work in just a few orders.
I'm not trying to make excuses at all, I have been long on timelines before, and have always come back with better solutions, more help, and happy customers. This will be no different.
Again, sorry for the delays but know that your order will be to you shortly!
-Bob

Be patient, I ended up waiting 3 months for my intake mani, and I would not think twice about ordering from him in the future, after he gets caught up ofcourse lol. He does awesome work.
