OK didn't want to have to take it to the forums, I sent pms and called and still no help just empty promises. On May 26th 2009 I ordered and Overflow tank from DCR the B woody kind and got the part in a timely manner no problems whatsoever, I go to install it and the O ring for the cap is not there. I send a pm to Nubs at DCR about the problem, he says he will send one out, 2 weeks pass nothing, sent a pm, nubs said sorry we will send it again, nothing, I send a pm with my address and asking why are they treating me like shit and wheres the o ring, nubs apologizes and says he will send it out,he offers to send it back for a refund but part is already installed and who know when I would see the money with the way they handle shit... that was on the 17th....nothing. They have horrible customer service and don't seem to care if they lose a customer on some petty shit.... Added... the screw in hex nut on the side of the tank was too small for the hole an it was leaking all over thel place...had to use teflon tape and sealant to stop the leak, not even sure if the bwoody overflow coolant tank is suppose to come with that.
The problem like stated earilier wasn't getting the item, it was them following up with me on the o ring, they pretty much just blew me off.....and when I pm them they just say yeah we are gonna ship it again, which of course never happens........

Hate to hear it...I have found quite a few vendors lacking in the customer service area.
Bwoody makes these tanks and they have had big problems with the caps. Mine sucked too. You can get an o-ring at lowes to fix your problem. I know that wasn't really your point but it will get the job done. The plug on the side is supposed to be there so you can check the fluid level in the tank. It most likely was the right size and bwoody just never put any tape on it when they put it in. If you have the right size plug and no tape yeah it will leak a little bit.
just ordered a 55 mm tb and had no problem send them emails they answer right back call they pick up right away you want bad cs try dealing with ptp
lol, yup PtP has the worst reputation (well except for fullybuilt ) but DCR has been known to take your money and forget about you too (personal experience) so no nut hugging please, lets help the OP get his stuff situated
it seams like these B woody pieces are shit and are known to be shit but still sold, I would say that puts DCR in full blame, they shoulda fixed the units or just not sold defective units. I mean what happens if they get a set of defective wisco pistons is DCR gonna pass them off on the costumer too. you are not getting discounted prices threw DCR you are paying more for the best money can buy and DCR should hold up to that reputation

just my .02
thanks man, yeah i doubt they fix the situation, its been forever and a day, just had to let ppl know of their practices...DCR tries make themselves feel like they are the best srt-4 vendor on here so they can charge their high prices but they can't even take care of small shit...
This is funny because I have ordered alot of stuff from this forum from many venders and never had a problem with any of them. Oh FNF was the only company but I got my product just a month late. I have actually been to DCR and they are great ppl up there.
Even with the o-ring my Bwoody overflow tank cap wouldn't stay on. So I just put a bead of RTV around the cap and it's been good for a year now.

i put the stock cap off the stock overflow on mine... works great... no issues...
you have to realize dcr has probably more customers and cars in there possesion then the crew can handle... he probably does need to hire more but who are we to run his business LOL...
i tried buying there tank a few weeks ago and they sent me a refund immediately cause they were out of stock and said they werent sure when they would be getting any in. I just bought it direct from bwoody. mine has the screw in the side but havent seen any leaking issues out of it, and direct from bwoody doesnt come with a cap so i hit a local auto store and got the spectre cap and just cut the rubber ring around it with a razor blade till it was a snug fit, no issues out of it yet
