Well seems like a lot of neg. on this part of the forums i believe some good experiences should be shared.

So here goes.

First i tried to order on the Coolingmist website (you know that awesome deal where you get a 300+ kit for 200 bucks just over a scratch!) but i failed. I then contacted the company via phone and the person on the other end was professional/polite. I place an order and received a tracking number within hours.

The package arrived very tightly packed and to my surprise i could not find this "scratch" they were being clearanced for. After reviewing his thread he said that they were out of the discounted ones and SOME people may have recieved brand new kits because he didnt take it off the site yet.

So it goes to show you that even though he was out of the scratch and dent models and still came through with a kit. Not once did he call his customers to request more money due to this mistake.
