Paven, sorry man walk the shoes of the vendors on here and then understand. You don't know the situation, you don't know the deal and simply said I was right about why I got upset. Many saw it, obviously you just chimed in to say your piece, but you're entitled to it.

Let the thread die I dont really care about what your oppinion of me is. You never had any bad dealings with me so what reason did you have to even chime in and keep this thread going.

Let me start off by saying I respect ALL vendors on here and what you are doing for the SRT community; however, I just think that EVERYONE needs to respect customers, irrelevant of how contemptuous they are. I truly do understand how difficult it can be to deal with unsavory customers. I cannot walk in the shoes of a vendor (in this facet) to see your side, however you CAN walk in the shoes of a buyer to see it from this side. I am sure you have dealt with suppliers that didn't do everything as planned. If they told you that you are a fucking idiot and to piss off, would you not be a little bothered?

I am trying to be respectful towards you, but then you say you don't care about what I think, or since I haven't had dealings with you, I shouldn't chime in. However, I MIGHT have been a patron of yours at some point, now, there is no chance in hell I would ever order from a company that continually treats its customers poorly. My opinion of YOU doesn't matter, however, as you are the face of FBM on the forums, your asinine behavior looks bad upon your company. I as a manager have fired people for MUCH less disrespectful behavior.

Does this make any sense, or is this just greek to you? I think you are because people are upset over your attitude. I would bet in fact that you will not let this rest as you said you want it to, but will instead take it as insult and become more defensive because you will not be able to accept constructive input. Please prove me wrong.

Read the thread man, went from one thing to another. I felt he was lying, and he never said anything about being upset in his PM's. He was totally cool with everything. The little overspray he was very cool about cleaning up and understood then all the sudden metal shavings and no pictures. Ill post the PM's to prove my side, but I dont feel it's needed.

Im the nicest guy there is, but when someone directly attacks me with a rediculous claim, and then just adds more and more Im sorry Im tired of it. Vendors do so much and don't deserve that. How would you feel if you ran a business made a sale that had one issue you admitted to, then the customer went around town telling lies about you and cost you money and reputation. In which in your mind could cost your family food on the table, and bills being paid. Sorry not going to stand for that. Vendors are customers just as well and probably respect other business owners more than customers who just work a 9-5 job. Sure customer is always right until they straight lie about you and sauce up the situation to get a rise of people. That is no longer a customer that becomes an enemy who has no thought about anything but to hurt you. There is a point where it needs to stop. I've watched vendors who are good friends of mine get trashed over a bullshit lie, and simply said it's absurd. When is the line drawn, sorry but you are not right about this, I admitted my fault, but in PM's he was cool then comes on here making everything out to be bad, and adding things to get a rise out of people. Just because I have vendor status doesn't mean Im not human deserving the same as him.

I don't think anybody needs education on flow when you can stand by the TB and feel air rushing out of the side where the spacer connects.... if you put your hand there and dry it like at the bowling alley... i took some pics where all the bolts were aligned and i could see fucking light coming out between the seals... blah, i'm not even going to argue but don't insult me with your education comment.

well, ive had Josh's ported turbo/mani on my car for over two years and NEVER once did I have a problem with it...

Common sense on the brake cleaner/coating situation...it's not powdercoat, and untill you bake it on there it will wipe off with the cleaner.

Metal shavings were non existant, and all I did was spray it down with the brake cleaner, and install...

I've always been a satisfied customer with FB, sure it took a bit to get the parts, but I didn't mind since Josh always kept me updated.

Ahh are you talking about the recessed lip between the tb/spacer. Yeah that was bad machining by the people I got it from. I think you got it before I saw it and started fixing them. My apologies for being a dick, you are right.

Win some, lose some. Not everyone is going to be happy or like me and I understand that. I do try and I think my track record shows a lot of failure but me ALWAYS pushing through and making things right.

Valid point on the change of customer opinion. Remember the average age her e is probably somewhere around 19 or 20 and very few have business experience. I was NOT trying to dog you or your business, and I apologize if thats how I came off here.

If he was cool in his PMs and suddenly started complaining publicly, thats unacceptable. And there is a point where customers cross lines all the time, just the manner in which it was handled is ALL I was talking about.

You very well could be the coolest guy on the planet tho (never contested that btw), hell, we could have been drinking buddies for years and not even known who we are on these forums. <-- That would be hilarious!

Cant let it die just yet. I Didnt take pictures. I threw it in the trash. I was finished messing with it and had already got something else from someone else. As I have stated several times in this thread that this was not an attack on FBM. This thread was a HEADS UP for what I found on my turbo housing. Thats it.

But it turned into what ever this thread is and now Im a liar. Customer service at its best!

Now its done for me.
