can't speak for kinetic, but i've never had issues with sbr. then again, i never had to return anything. i only read the first page, but i hope everything goes well. especially after that long ass first post.
yea same thing happened to me i ordered a huge amount of stuff from jeff at slowboys says he gunna call me back asap neva calls. and im the kinda guy u say ur gunna do something n u dont do it i dont wanna have anything to do with ur company. so i call him back n he says were working on getting the parts together for you they will be shipped tom. i call the next day jeff say oo were back ordered on 4 parts. i told him he should have told me this the other day. so i just cancelled my order and told him ill go someplace else.
Well if you guys have problems dealing with Jeff just deal with me over the forum or call up SBR and dial extension 12. I am here M-F 9-6 and Sat 12-4.
Well SBR still owes me $150 from a compressor wheel, they get a big fat FAIL in my book.
Kinetic has taken care of me on several occations, so no idea what happend there Nate. I would call Kinetic (if you haven't already) and ask them to show you what happened. Pictures or send the faulty unit back to you so you can see what happened. I hope that SBR did just lie to you to cover there asses.
