Custom transmission cover made out of alumminum sheet metal... dont mind all the scratchs.. it has a plastic piece over it so it will be shinny when done..
DONT MIND RANDOM WIRES YOU SEE THROUGHOUT ENGINE BAY>> THEY WILL ALL BE HIDIN>>> so looks sloppy now

[IMG][/IMG]
[IMG][/IMG]
[IMG][/IMG]
bottles got another coat..
[IMG][/IMG]
ALL AEM GAUGES... Air/fuel, Boost, Oil pressure, Fuel pressure, Volts, need EGT
Data logging all them also
[IMG][/IMG]
well we got what we needed done...so we got most of everything loosely fit in so that Richard who owns Twistedmetals inc. could do the exhaust and v-bands.. and alot of fabrication work
Fuel pressure regulator. picture of it mounted to manifold, upside down. Taped back of regulator for fuel pressure sender unit, custom pipe thread a -10 block plug for nitrous feed.
HE ALSO TAPPED THE INTAKE MANIFOLD FOR ANOTHER SENSOR...IAT...right next to the map sensor. little small guy you can see it in the picture.
[IMG][/IMG]
[IMG][/IMG]
Richard .....mr clean..lol getting cold side v-band adjusted.
[IMG][/IMG][/IMG]
[IMG][/IMG][/IMG]
Added two more support mounts for intercooler so it wont lean forward and will be stirdy. mounts to the crash bar.
[IMG][/IMG]
Made now radiator mounts since we took the a/c condense out it left space so he made closer mounts and spaced the fans away from radiator a little.

Richard has a CNC machine and make just about all the brackets and mounting crap from it....real smart guy..
Picture of studs on thermostat lol had extras
Picture of cold side pressue pipe from intercooler. Cut off the 2.5" and welded a 3" piece to the cold side pipe.... V-band flange on... nice work..

That looks like the IAT sensor from the AGP hard pipe. If it is, you will want to make sure you don't have the same issues with it that I had.
Upon looking at the IAT temps in the EMS, I would notice the temps oscillating up to 40* within milliseconds. It would also be way off compared to outside temps when it wasn't oscillating. I would see temps oscillate from 0 - 40 degrees while it was a cool 60 outside.
If you notice inconsistent temperatures, you'll want to change that to something along the lines of a GM IAT sensor, which is the same sensor AEM would sell you.

I don't like those much, only because the outer radius of the seal is metal, not rubber, like the mopar seal. I'm paranoid that w/out the outside being rubber, the chances of leakage might be higher!
But I've never tested that theory, and I could just be overly paranoid.
It's looking awesome, though! Keep up the good work!

You need to select the viper sensor so it reads right.
