Default Spoolnup @ Fall Shootout 09

The speed rating is for the tire, not the wheel. He has different tires mounted on the spare rims. Not in anyway saying I think it's cool or a great idea, just stating what he did.

^^^it's a quick way to get skinnies. it's a great idea for anyone not wanting to spend 900 on the proper skinnies. Not everyone's as lucky as you to find some for the price you did.lol

You couldn't get the skinnies I had for $900 with tires lol. I sold them though.

^^^ this is very true. btw it's amazing how those skinnies keep his car straight as an arrow down the track. it really helped it not to walk and let him concentrate on his shifts.

That's very surprising. The reason I got rid of the race tires on my skinnies in change for some 165/80 radials was for stability purposes, and my wheels weren't sunk in 3-4 inches on each side like those are. Skinnies can really fuck you up if you aren't careful. On the street, mine shot off in one direction during a 3rd gear pull, not a good feeling.
