cut all the wires with endcutters through the middle horizontally. Take a dremel tool and grind off the sealant used to keep the mesh in place on the top as well as the mesh itself on the top and sides only (the bottom does not matter as it will fold down and be out of the way. Get a drill bit and drill the 2 holes for the studs on the stock insert BUT NOT all the way through the bottom. Only through the CF top of the hood. Take the dremel and cut away a little bit of the 3 lips on the top of the insert (makes sense once you see it) so it will fit in there flush. Take some 3m doublesided tape and put it on the underside front of the insert. Put some RTV silicon in the holes the studs for the insert go through, and stick it down. It won't ever move again!

Its really scary when you start, but it will fit like a GLOVE! Looks 500X better than the mesh. Gives it more of a defined look like a real hood scoop should appear.

hey eugene srt..how does the car handle without the wing, my one buddy said when he left his house he could feel it right away like down hills and such. any big difference? I am just debating on it, i think white and orange look sick without wings for some reason just those colors lol
Also...Any whities in here, can someone post a picture with white srt and their windows tinted? I am getting it done here soon so i wanted to see a example. Im tired of being able to see in so well and i think the black and white would look sick
