pretty much atleast 90% of the people i follow post pictures of the food there about to eat

pretty much facebook but with pictures only!

Open instagram, click the blue camera button in the lower middle of the screen. You can either take a live photo or open an existing picture by the double squares in the bottom left corner.
Once you select a picture, it will give you the options to change the filter or "edit" the pictures.
Click the green check to finalize the picture. After that it will take you to a screen where you can write a description about the photo. Remember to hashtag your photos after your comment or description. For example write #srt, #neon or whatever relates to the picture.

To follow someone is super easy just click on there profile and select "follow" Its located under there "following" number

hope that helps a little

its quite simple just takes some time. Also make sure you have the updated version because they changed some stuff around to make it easier. Before the update (couple months ago) i have a very hard time understanding it.
