Thanks for all the congrats! I agree with the being blessed, no lucky part! I have no luck whatsoever at winning anything monetary (so I don't play the Lottery) -- but I do win lots of "stuff". TV and VCR, my car, of course, and other smaller things... Wish I could win the money things, probably wouldn't have cost as much as the FREE car!!! Sure do love it though!!

From a distance, Dodge’s SRT-4 looks like a Neon. But just like a halter top, it’s what’s underneath that counts.
#1 (Gotta get a new name, I keep having these Austin Powers flashes ) There was a guy here a few months back who was in that contest, he was crushed when he did not win. Glad to see it went to someone who loves it.

Crappy camera, crappy picture, but the best I got.
Take a close look at the side-view mirrors.
I entered the contest online -- for my husband, actually. He's always wanted to go to a racing school, and part of the contest was that you got to drive the SRT-4 on the track at Infineon Raceway! Cool! Well, he hurt his back and couldn't go. Bummer for him! We got to drive the car on a mini road course they had set up on Turn 11 at Infineon (no- we didn't get to drive the whole track dammit!). After we drove, they got the box with the names, and they pulled my name!!!!!!!!!!!!! I screamed so loud! I was on the phone with my hubby at the time, so he heard them call my name and everything! It was very exciting!
I love the car -- it's a lot of fun! There's nothing free about winning a free car, though! Have paid about $2100 for registration, and some minor mods -- window tinting, a new shift knob (the plastic orb had to go!) and other little things. Hey, it's better than $20k out of my pocket, though!! And I found the forums, so it's all good!:p
I had a silver 2001 Neon ACR and now have a silver SRT-4 & i'm gonna also paint the mirrors silver, but the triangle part that attaches to the door- I'm gonna leave that part black.
That's exactly what I was thinking. I like the look with silver better having the C-pillars black. Once I get the windows tinted, it'll look even better that way.
