I dont know, maybe vibration or something. but the thing that goes over the bulb fell off and now is sitting there, does anyone know if i put my headlight in the over to seperate the glass if i should take my eyelid off or will it not melt the paint?
LOLOLOLOL. Yeah, they are cheap. You will have to put them in the oven, take the lens off, RTV that bitch back in there and get it secure, then seal back up the lens.

You may be able to get some long Needle nose pliers and put it back up in the right spot , i have done it before with other headlights , im sure it can be done . Easy fix , compared to taking the damn thing apart , lol .

x2 dude.
DON'T PUT IT IN THE OVEN.
Try it before.
Mcptr did that, and it worked perfectly. It took 5min.
Just remove your headlight from the car, remove bulb, move back/down the headlight, so the piece can comes out. Fix it with your hand after.
Give us some feedback after you'll try it.

yeah, it worked fine for me.. first time i put it back, went for a ride and 3 hours later it had fallen again.. so i put some black tape on the tip that goes in the headlight and it got really strong, it didn't fall out for like 1 month .. and it probably never will again
forget the oven, you just need to have abilities with your finger to get it back in

I used two fingers and pressed it back into place. I rolled it back towards me (after taking the light out) and finagled it into place. Then decided I wanted to retro them so I never worried about it again.
