its an oveerlay, i have it as well, you cant even tell though, fits perfect and snug...carbon works makes them..

oh im sorry the neons and r34 evo body kit are next and i forgot the dubs.

The easy way to do would be to get some red model spray tint then clear over the top of that. Would only cost like $15 and take about 1 - 2 hrs
