its an oveerlay, i have it as well, you cant even tell though, fits perfect and snug...carbon works makes them..

The wheel bolts right on. Chrysler's hubs are common for all vehicles. I wouldn't recommend hooking up the airbag tho.

ya. it doesn't look like they sell the red overlays anymore.

The easy way to do would be to get some red model spray tint then clear over the top of that. Would only cost like $15 and take about 1 - 2 hrs
