Default Jumped ship. A few of the SRT. A few of the new truck.

I know this is the SRT-4 pics section so I have included a couple of it along with my truck.

The truck is a 2009 Dodge Ram TRX4. (Hemi, crew cab, tow hooks, fender flares, trailer hitch, etc, etc) 390HP and a 3.92 rear. Only mods in mind are a set of steps so my wife can get in.

I bought it for 10K under sticker.

It has a bunch of features on this little computer. I have it set to oil temp. It also has coolant temp, oil pressure, trans temp.

If you want a twin set up, PM me. Even if you are only vaguely interested, PM me.

The SRT-4 was an awesome car, but I have always liked a 4x4 better.

FUCK YES. I had a 2002 Dodge ram 1500 and loved it. I wish I never sold it.

This truck looks a LOT nicer than the one I had. I bought mine a couple years ago & I test drove a bunch of brand new 1500's. Most of them were about $35k MSRP. What did this one end up costing?

Sticker was 37,400$. They gave me 7200$ for my 107k mile SRT.

I was not a little upside down I would have paid 22200$ after tax, tag, title, undercoating fees, some guy needs a hamburger fee, etc.

Buying it outright would have cost 29,400$ out the door.

Wow, if I could find one for that cheap locally I would buy one. I need a 4WD truck again so I can actually get out when we have 3-4 feet of snow on the ground. Then in the summer I'd have something to tow my SRT to the track with.

Does it come with a lifetime warranty?

Yes. It also comes with the 3 year/36 month warranty that includes free towing.

There are at least two dealers in Des Moines that have 50-70 trucks, 10+ TRX4's. You can get a quad cab for less, the crew is more money. I can fit two car seats and my 70lb Boxer/Shepard in the back seat.

I went back and forth pitting two dealers against each other. After all was said and done, I got 500$ more for a military discount and then another 1000$ off using a coupon that as of yesterday is no longer offered by Dodge. I also used a credit union that was approved by Chrysler and got 1000$ off for that.

Even after all this, I still think the dealer made money.

The guy that test drove and appraised my car was mad I took out the wideband and SAFCII. For some reason he thought that stuff was worth a couple thousand dollars. I wish!

Thought Mopars now had a lifetime warranty?
