Get an account (free) at an online image hosting site such as photbucket and upload the image from your PC to there and then when you want to include an image in a post, copy the link at the image hosting site to an area in your post by hitting the icon that looks like a yellow envelope (to the right of the globe with the paperclip which is for links to an external web page).
