Hah, yea well since I've been doing videography professionally for over 2 years now, and people always ask me if I do photography as well. I've done a few things here and there, and one wedding. I just didn't want to get big in to it with a D50. Which brought me to my final decision to go all out and get in to it. You'll be seeing a lot of me very soon.
BTW what happend to the "Foto Realm" forum??

The 1.4 isn't worth it. And its been said that the pictures aren't as sharp as they are with the 1.8.

You guys are both high. The 1.4 is WAY worth it. For how quick it is and how much MORE light it lets in, hell yeah i'd spend that much for it.

For some reason the shading on the orange looks funny to me but I could just be wrong from lack of sleep. I don't see how you could say that the 1.8 is overrated. I use it much more than my 28-135 IS. I love mine.
