Is that orange juice? If so, the light makes it look a good bit yellow to me.

I'd say it was shot in a custom built lightroom with some strobes or flood lights as the lighting source.
Camera set up on a tripod with a clean glass in front of it.
Holds remote shutter release as he pours it and then SNAP ... tada picture.
I don't really see any other way to do it.

Well it was in my garage no tripod and the wife was pouring the juice lol Just two SB600's and fill cards in very close. The pic does not show it but they were right beside the table on each side.
