I upped the brightness and then made a duplicate layer and for the cars cranked the contrast and then for the sky I burned the lightened layer
I didn't feel like taking the time to do it right with levels and curves

Dup layer, fix levels, mask, blend sky a little with orginal.. Flatten image.. save.
Thats what i did.

^nice, a bit under exp. up that and i think it's a winner. the evolution with the tinted headlights looks like it's about to fucking kill someone.
