i wish they would get a vendor status on here maybe make prices a lil bit cheaper i would also do the under side over lookin my cluster and the door panels in certain places...

Yeah its just vinyl I have the exact same stuff in my car on the door inserts and the center console like he did
If you heat it just a little it stretches ALOT and makes curves very simple
also helps to get out any wrinkles casue you can pull it so taught

I didnt think this topic would go past one page. Even though it is not real carbon fiber, it does wonders for the interior of the vehicle.

I'm interested because as I've said I've got some changes I want to make to some panels in the car, but haven't been able to figure out how to blend them in nicely. Now I can just wrap the panels in this stuff and have them look good.

I dont remember if I mentioned this, but this vinyl is textured so it "feels" like the real thing.

im right there with you another thing i am looking to add to my car is a hud i jsut need a vendor to make a obd2 screen that shows a cool hud....i think aeroforce would be the logical awnser they have the scanguage just make it a screen...but i guess this isnt the place to post that.....still would be cool ...could cut out the dash on that hump and it would reflect up on the glass...

I personally would not put wrap the hood. The wrap responds to heat so that it can be stretched, moved etc. So in theory, if you wrap the hood & it gets warm, the wrap will "warp" which will then ruin what you just spent hours doing. Does that make sense?

from two part expanding foam "which if youve never used it is cool as shit" to fiberglass ,liquid acrylic to linear actuators

I think apexi makes one or at least they used to
My buddy with a lexus is has one that he had in his integra
