Default cokeys' engine rebuild pics

you've all see the cars make over.. here's the engines.. sorry, wont be as detailed oriented as the last one..

well, these pics are from nicks cam, not my nicon.. i'll have more up come sunday when we put it back in the car.. nick (1fastgordo) did the work on the motor.. he works in a machine shop over here in bk.. pretty easy to get to.. they do all kinds of motors aswell.. we painted the short block Hemi orange (only one i think to do this so far lol you know i like to be diff) and wrinkle blacked the valve cover.. gonna end up taking off the valve cover again and doing something diff with it soon though..
transporting to the machine shop..

The purpose of ignition advance is to account for the lag time following spark ignition for combustion pressure to peak at 15 degrees AFTER TOP DEAD CENTER. A little fyi !

lol its all good.. I never sen anyone else (shrugs) yea its a gates timing belt.. DCR tensioner, oild pump, big filter kit, head gasket and their coated bearings. eagle roda, 8.0 JE coated pistons 20 over (on the block aswell).. BC stg 2 cams, crower valvetrain kit. angle valve job and port n polish.. and new OEM water pump, upper n lower gasket sets and belts.. also got dcr rad cap n thermostate.. b4 next season ill probget a windage tray n some other thngs..
