probably stake out their house, take notes on their patterns such as when they leave for work and come home from work, learn their routes of travel......things of this nature. then pick the best spot you can and as they exit their car, shoot them in the leg from a distance of at least 1000 meters.
or find their girlfriend, bang her, get it on tape and send that person the tape. if it's a chick, no mercy. if she is man enough to start a war, she better be man enough to accept the retaliations that will follow.

I would do nothing. You know they already have no issues with messing with your car. Retaliating will only make them angry and they will probably 1-up you on your car. I'd rather just suck it up, get it fixed and move on.
Maybe fuck his GF or wife, sister and maybe his mom if she's worthy.

well they premeditated the vandalism of your car, no? i mean, keying a car certainly isn't a response to something the car did, aka self defense. at some point they thought about it, even if it were moments before committing the cowardly act.

i dunno man, if i keyed someone's car and days later i was shot in the leg, i would probably reflect on all the fucked up shit i did in my life to try and understand why i was shot.
besides the key to my plan was to not get caught, thus the sissy who keyed the car in the first place would never know it was you who shot them. however if they did find out, and ignored the common sense conclusion that vandalizing a car equals getting shot, and decided to "one up" me and fuck my car up again, i would just aim a little higher next time.

not entirely kidding. i place vandals pretty low in the grand scheme of life. i am not condoning rape by any means, but would it be a fair statement that a person has at least a fighting chance against another person versus an inanimate object? a chick could, in theory, pull out a gun, use mace, kick the dude in the balls and run, scream for help, all sorts of things. if a car is sitting there in a parking lot and some asshole decided to key it, what can the car do? nothing.
so when i say that i place vandals in the same overall category as rapists and child molesters in terms of scum of the Earth, i mean that it takes a pretty big pussy to rape a woman, molest a child or vandalize a car.
I would report them to the police and press charges. I'm not about to shoot someone for something as dumb as keying a car.
yeah, well if you don't have them on video, have pics of them doing it or they confess, good luck with that court case. eyewitnesses are a gamble and even if the judgment does end up in your favor, there is no jail time or anything to teach them a hard lesson.
i bet if they thought they would get shot if they got caught, they might find another hobby. God bless Texas and their castle laws. if i caught someone in the middle of breaking into my car or vandalizing it, i would knock em down with a little bird shot and then sue them for damages on top of it!
