I really wish that those "in power" would've made this thread a sticky as I mentioned at the top, but I guess they either didn't see it, or they felt it wasn't as important as say an SOT thread.
Now that we have lost our first brother, hopefully they will see how important praying for each other really is.

Next time you or your family is going through a hard time, be sure to tell everyone that you don't need their "religious sh t" when they tell you that they are praying for you or your family members.

I know you weren't speaking directly to the tragedy, but there are people posting here about it, and what you said spoke to all of us who have and are posting in this thread.
I don't care what the board members believe in, I'm still going to pray for them, including you since you too are a member.
I know this site isn't about religion, but it isn't about porn either, but we have that here along with other topics including religion, that's why the forum is titled "Off Topic."

I dont agree with rugoingup's ideas of religion but i can still discuss it with him in great detail to the point of arguement and still walk away with respect for him. I assure you that you can do the same as well.
May i ask those who do feel that prayer is venue to "god" to pray for andrew and his family. And for those who dont see things that way (such as myself) may i ask those of you to tip your 40, raise your hands, or what ever you feel is approriate for this sorrowing moment in our families life (srtforums.com).

look, all I did was point out that the mods more than likely don't want "religious" topics being sticky on a car forum.....I even offered a suggestion on how to maybe get it sticky.......people get bent WAY to easy.....I have no desire to get into debate on this topic and threadjack it.......and I said as much above.

I have a prayer request for all the loved ones, family and friends of all the soldiers who've lost their lives in this conflict in Iraq. The numerous losses we've suffered from aviation accidents, combat accidents and terrorist actions are affecting many folks both here and back home.
