new pos dd?

i am thinking about trading the srt4 in for a ram srt10.. the srt10 only gets 10mpg so i was thinking about getting a pos dd. i need to get some input as to what cars are out there. the only things i require are under 1K, a lot of them made(only so i can go to the junk yard and replace the part if it breaks), great gas mileage.

let me hear your thoughts?

an old civic is nice on gas mileage, but they are like rare cars or some shit cause everyone wants way too much for them now..
