I'm sorry but no one in there right mind is going to waste pills that you can sell for $20 a piece on a little kid. My guess is they were intended for someone else to pick up so they could secretly carry them onto a plane.

Im wondering what kind of parent lets their kid eat candy that she found in am airport restroom? Then when the uncle arrives and says he's hungry they decide to take the candy away from the little kid. I dont touch much in public bathrooms and I definately dont eat anything I find in them.
