Its her own fault because she jumped in between the dogs. If two cars was gonna wreck, would she jump in between both of them???

Unfortunatley as logical as that is, I haven't a doubt no one would ever see it in that manner.

I will never understand how that could be that so many americans have no insurance.
Here in Germany has EVERYBODY (okay, except maybe some illegals) a health insurance.
And thats good!
Try to imagine that you come off the road with the car and need them to open your car, carry you by helicopter to the hospital, have you there in emergency for a week - how could somebody pay for that??? Especially if i think that not the rich people are those w/o insurance.
(Or to make it easier: One broken leg could ruin your financial situation for YEARS. And how fast can this happen, esp. if kids are playing? I don't wanna tell my daughter that she will loose some bodyparts or sit in a wheel chair only cause i was to stingy to pay insurance for her!)

And the second thing i will never understand is: Now that the goverment tries to force you into a health insurance you call them Nazi or whatever.
I know only one word for that: STUPID!

Sure - we pay somehow between 12% and 15% of the monthly income (and company pays the same) for that - but it is a very good feeling to know that you can anytime go to the very next specialist of your choice, you can have new teeth for (almost) free, they will trainee you after accident and many many more!!!

Oh: And for the other side: Almost every owner of a dog here has an insurance for the dog (like that private insurance that also every person should have!). If the dog bites someone or destroys whatever - the insurance will pay for that.

She's an idiot for jumping between the dogs.
How bad was her cut? In the dog's eyes, it looked like she was being aggressive towards him. I doubt if she would win any money from you.

She's probably just waiting for Obama to give her health care...why should she have to pay for it?

On the other hand, it is totally rediculous how things like this happen. I own 2 dogs myself and there is always that person who walks by the house and always threatens to do this or do that just because they bark at people. Everyone is quick to jump on a lawsuit now a days.

actually, the point of Obama's plan is to force those who can afford it to have it. The only people who would get credits for it are those who legitimately can't afford it. If she works for a lawyer, I'm sure she can afford it.
