any scuba divers?

I'm getting into some scuba diving just got certified went out and bought a ton of gear and ready for the water. Anybody have recomendations on forums. I'm in Florida so there's an endless amount of dive spots for me.

I've only gone scuba diving once in my life. It was one of the best experiences i've ever had. I'd love to go again. Nothing like being 50 feet under, surrounded by nothing but blue water and endless schools of fish.

How hard was the certification? I really want to get it. Is it like once you have it you're certified for life kind of thing? There is a little scuba school thing local to me...

It's really not hard at all the open water cert is the safety aspect of it and terachs you things to do if something goes wrong and how to use the equpiment. I payed 275 for the class and book and it includes renting of gear when you do your dive. I'm loving it already we are going to go dive a ship wreck down by tampa next week I'm going to go and pick up a camera to take pics.
