the only reason you get sore is due to lactic acids building up in your muscles.
you want to work through that. stretching is key.
drinking more watter is another key factor.
think of it like a glass of oj....when you stir it you stirr up all the pulp at the bottom then it settles back down.
same for your muscles....when you dont lift for a while or never excersize then you start, you create micro tears in your muscle fibers along with stiring up abunch of crap in your body, .
just work through it. you will only be sore for a week or so then you wont get sore that often.
Ah I see. I can't do more than 10x 30lbs or so. After the 3rd set i'm tired LOL. I'm guessing that's where I need to work and go from there, atleast curling wise. God i'm fat

What are your goals? Dont waste your time on curls. Dont forget to change it up everynow and then too. If youre gonna do 3 sets do a set of 12,10,8. Or change your rest period or do 5 sets of 6 just change it up every so often, but list your goals so we can help

and to stay on topic, the bodyn is sore because it hasnt used the muscles to the extent before no reason to take a break, if you lift again you wont be sore the next day

What do you mean by goals? I'm not shooting for a specific weight to lift, just want to get much bigger biceps, cut, etc.
I toned the weight down to do a few more reps but I need to get more equipment. I'm trying to stay on track of doing atleast 50-100 push ups a day.
Son of a bitch, in a row? I hit some kind of invisible wall at 48 where my muscles feel like they're going to bust. Haha. I don't feel too bad about it though, the average person can't do 1 push up correctly.
