Is there such a thing as appetite boosters?
Is there anything out there (over the counter) that will increase my apitite??
I know there are several things to make you not be hungry...but damn, anything to make you be hungry???
I eat around 5 small meals a day but I force feed myself.
Im not hungry but I know I have to eat.

you can replace a meal with a protein shake. don't replace them all, but casein + water is a simple way to feed your body without feeling too full.

Im already taking 'Mass XXX' around noon-ish. It's around 920 calories per shake.
Hmmm....maybe I should drink the shake at the end of the day to not feel full at lunch time

depending on what your trying to do.
if you want to build lmm do protien shakes
but for calorie intake you will want to do a meal replacement drink. it has more cals and more of the vitamines and minerals.
also whey is good for building mm, but aminos are better.
aminos are broken down whey protien.
when you take a protien shake your body has to break it down and turn the whey into amino acids to feed your muscles.
you dont want to mix your protien with milk either as milk slows the digestion proces way dwn. water is better

yes. thats what i would do.
after a wk out you have roughly an hr window were you body ia taking in anything and everything to replenish its self.
during this time you want to give it the easiest an most efective lmm help it can get.
what you feed your body through the day is what your body is gonna use when exurting energy at the gym, so when you done wkg out you need to replish what you have used. and you want your body to absorb it fast.
if not the first thing your body will eat is its own lmm.
why? cause your lmm has everything your body needs to survive...protien, vitamines, minerals ect ect

Well....I knew that already.
Here's my typical day:
8am: 2 eggs, toast & milk
10am: 1hr Workout (p90x)
11am: Protein Shake
1pm: Chicken, potatoe, meat, tuna
3pm: JUNK FOOD (cheesburger or two) <-----
5pm: 900 Calorie Shake
9pm: Cereal, tuna, sandwich, peanut butter, etc
11pm: Snickers, twix, cookies, etc <---- Happy Time
Yup....that's pretty much it. Im trying to lay off the snacks and junk food. But Im soooooooo use to it that it took over my eating way of life.

Total of 4,000 calories a day. To keep my current weight....I need to atleast eat 2,500 calories.
If I cant get up to my ideal weight....I want to get ripped. Thus why Im doing p90x. I've done 2.5 weeks of it and my chest, arms and stomach have grown atleast 1"ea.
