Default Perfect Push Up

Anyone tried this? It's a rotating push up stand

I gotta say, for someone who can normally do 30-50 push ups before muscle failure, these things are kicking my ass. I'm not exactly sure my form is right but yeah.

You can do tons of variations on the push-up with everyday objects around your house or just vary your hand positions. Not to say that they don't do anything positive, and for the price you aren't out anything really. I would bet you are seeing more benefit from going lower than the rotation, but I'm not an expert.

Next time you are doing push-ups raise one foot or put your feet on an exercise or beach ball and balance yourself. It makes the push up a core exercise.

A guy I work with brought them in for us to use because he wasn't going to. I was shocked at them. It felt good on my wrist, which occasionally hurts when I do push ups on the floor. I did not, however, get a better work out from them.

Push ups with your hands on a ball and your feet on a chair are amazing.

True also if the ball is at your feet and your hands are on the ground. Works your chest and your core

Those are good too. The reason I like my hands on a ball is you have to balance. You get a work out in your whole arm just holding yourself up on a ball. Throw some push ups in there and you're working your whole arm, chest, back, shoulders and abs.

Well, I normally do push ups with my feet elevated roughly a ft or two, but these things actually worked out my triceps a bit more than I had expected. I feel a lot more resistance and effort needed to complete these than a normal one. I'll stick to doing them everyday and post back some results

ive used them and yeah, they are pretty nice..i can do about 60-70 pushups to failure normally, but i only was able to do about 25 of those when i tried it.. now when i do pushups i compensate by using barbells with 10 pound weights on either side and just hold the bars the direction i want them for my pushups... and my feet on a chair. good stuff
