Well there are several discs and a workout for every day.. plyometics is basically jumping and moving with the legs. I'm pretty fit and it was soaked after 12 minutes. thats not including arms, shoulders, back, chest, abripper, Kempo, cardio, or core strength

I can barley walk without my legs feeling like they are gonna fall out from under me. The workout last night was ridiculous. I'm so excited to keep it going. I have a buddy who is a fireman and he took it to the fire house and said they were all dying from it; and they lift weights regularly!

I've never heard of this before but it seems interesting. I'd like to try it out some time.
