Since last month I've been doing an extra 2 hours of training for my tournament in December and decided to weigh myself last night. I started MMA in April and was 165lbs; I am now 151lbs which is great but still need a little more muscle to be where I want to be.

Weighed in last Thursday at 152lbs with my grappling gear on (ear guards, mouth guard, groin cup and uniform) and after 3 hours of training. I have my kick boxing weigh in this Wednesday night, should be 4 lbs heavier give or take with the gear on. Competition is December 13th, can't wait for it
Hopefully my dislocated toe doesn't give me any issues LOL

I would tape to the toe next to it, I've had to do that for a while with some turf toe, works pretty well.
