Stock stereo remove? - SRT Forums

I know this sounds dumb but I'm trying to remove stock stereo And I can't get the antena plug out , is there a trick to it.?

Pull. It's really easy, it just has some clips, and if you pull enough they just suck in. Hold the stereo and pull. Should come right out.

dunno about your stock radio, but mine had the chrysler style end on it...

OP, push the antenna as far on as you can, then pull outwards on JUST the black collar going around the antenna. This can still be difficult, but the black collar clips it into the radio.
