Default started back dash and doors

well i started making fiberglass back dash and doors today.. the back dash will prolly end up being painted. still gotta do the body work.. here it is so far..

not sure. thinking either a piece of lexan or some stanless cut in the srt logo.. still kicking that one around.. ill think of something depending what i do with the doors..

what did you do for the base? it looks like that may be the factory carpeting coated in resin but it's hard to tell. i am doing a similar setup in the spring.

it is.. i just took the dash panel out and make sure you screw it down in its origonal form or it WILL bend when the resin kicks..

if your doing any car shows id put a srt logo in there with a neon light behind it.

thinking im going to cut the metal in the dash and port the trunk thought this..

get the clear piece of lexan sandblasted with the srt logo, then run some ccfl around the outside edge of the lexan, light up the sandblasted portion. i've seen it in the wind screen of an s2k. it was pretty cool looking, blue s2k with black rims/polished lip, a bunch of cf, and the light up windscreen.

yeah i was thinking about that. prolly do my shop logo.. but thats old school.. was trying to think of something new.

well dash is ready for paint...

looks pretty cool. Not sure if its the pic angle, but it looks like the middle part is uneven or something in the second to last pic.

well going to cover the doors and back dash tomorrow. had a problem with the painter so im just covering them all in vinal. ill put pics up tomorrow night when its all together..
