has anyone heard one of these boxes or know if they are any good
Model: PL1-212 it is the 12 inch subwoofer enclosure, i think i saw it at good guys for like 500 bucks or so

my buddy has one in his expedition. that's actually what i used to test out the maxxxbass 103 unit. those subs have some good potential, and the enclosure is actually very nice. but $500 is WAY too much for that. maybe if it was the PL2-212 set, but not the P1's.
yeah, i am not sure what stage the speakers were, i was not aware they had 3 stages till i did a little more digging. is the difference in the stages that noticable? there is about 150 buck difference as you go up-350-500-650 appoximately.
the P1's are entry level subs. the P2's and P3's are nicer subs for the average consumer. then they have the T1's and T2's that are for more for competitors.
