Default Rearview Mirror

Is there anyway to stop the rear view mirror from falling down when bumping?

tightening can help but usually does not. the only permanent solution i have ever found is to use a few drops of superglue on the swivel joint one you have it in the position you want, but once you do you won't be moving it again...

Lol. I have managed to light one as well, although it wasn't really me, it was the setup I installed in a buddies car. But you know friends, they just turn dials thinking it'll be better and up she went in flames.
