I cant comment on the Avic, but the RB1 is a nice setup. I have the RB1 hooked up to the Stock 6-Disc and the Mopar iPod Controller. The Nav feature is great and easy enough to use. I went with the RB1 becuase it matches Stock Lighting and was entirely plug and play. Install was a breeze, it took all of maybe 1 hour. Good luck.

I'm with Vegas on this. I have the RB1 and ipod adapter as well but started with a Pioneer flip out first. Its pretty novel to see go in and out for the first day but I got tired of it. You can't access any real functions with it closed so it just stays open pretty much all the time. The screen is of course much bigger and cooler on the Pioneer but I like the stock fit and finish of RB1 a lot more.

avic n-3 FTW!! I really like this unit but I havent used the rb. I love the touch screen on the pioneer and all my friends love it too. best part is that if you got money/time then you can hook up your dtec to it to display your boost etc etc instead of displaying it on gameboy.. I saw some people on this forum have done it but I myself havent gotten the dtec yet.. but soon

I have the RB4 and the only downside is that it doesnt play mp3's, iPod and/or DVD's. Other than that...I love the unit.
