Default Is the RB1 plug and play?

do i just pull the wires out and install into the rb1 or does it involve splicing and soldering? how difficult is it to install? i have no electrical skills and the last thing i want to do is mess it up.

What year car? If it's a '98 Neon like in your profile, I wouldn't bother 'cos the navigation won't work. If it's an SRT-4, then yeah, it'll plug right in.

it'll plug into the factory harness of a 2nd gen neon but you still have to install the antennas.
