Yes it does because the nav uses a DVD disc. You could use it as a screen and play DVD's on it but it does require some modification of the unit.

DVD-ROM, for the navigation disc. It does not have any MPEG2 decoding hardware to play video DVDs.
oh, and modifying it is a waste of time. the screen has such a slow response time and narrow view angles that video would be miserable on it. Further, the display controller renders a 4:3 aspect ratio image but the screen only displays the middle 2/3rds. If modded, any video would have the top and bottom 1/6th cut off.

Just out of curiosity, will that work with the srt-4 cd-changer?

Liberty up to 2006, Grand Cherokee up to 2004, minivans up to 2007, I think it was offered in the Ram up to 2006. It's still available in the Viper, too.
It wasn't a factory install in the Neon or PT because of how low in the dash the radio sits, but it'll work in either. Realistically, it should work in any post-1998 Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep vehicle with the rounded-style faceplate except for the Sebring Coupe and Stratus Coupe; those were Diamond Star cars and aren't compatible with the RB1.
