I think its fine as it is I can get my rearview to shake pretty good, beside the extra weight your going to carry with the amps and subs are not worth it to me
have the kicker system and honestly your better off buying an aftermarket 10 and amp small box and calling it a day probly be about the same price and sound WAY!! better dnt get me wrong the little kicker can kick but i have the front speakers and the sub and its fine for me but would have to say go aftermarket

i have 2 CVR 12's in my car right now in the Kicker spec box and it POUNDS!!! but being as ive been in the car audio industry for 5+ years now its loud on a clean level. My current project right now is doing a full custom fiberglass box tuned at 32HZ and doing 2 CVX 12's custom amp rack and port work..box is going to slicker than turtle shit! ill post pics on the update as it comes along! if you want a nice little "punch" to the stereo i would do like orooso said and do single 10 in nice sealed box. if you want to get loud and sound really good get 2 12's or maybe 4 10's options are endless with car audio just all has to relate to how much trunk space you have as opposed to how much you want to take up! i had the stock kicker system in my car when i first got it and it sounded really clean but wasnt enough and i switched it out for what i have now but thats all gettin ripped out and doing it like i want it! but ya thats my .02
lol no no no i have the Dual Kicker Box for the 12's lol i deleted my stock kicker setup! which im selling that box& combo that comes stock with clip and everything! 50 bux takes it!!! it has a powerbass 10 right now(bought it like that) but ill be willing to put a comp 10 or CVR 10 in it for a price raise..lemme know guys!!
I just bought a kicker sub of someone on these forums and I like it. I think it's perfect. Hits harder than I thought it would. Nice clean look in the trunk as well. Not to mention you keep all your trunk space. I also got two 12" kicker comps in a slot ported box in the back of my subaru outback for my heavy bass fix. For the srt I prefure the factory sub. That's my .02.
