how to set stock radio?

sorry for the noob question my car didnt come with any owners manual. so can anyone tell me how to set the stations and the time on the stock radio? thanks!

i believe you just tune the radio to the station you want and then hold in the appropriate button for a few seconds. as far as time... i think it has 2 little recessed buttons on it that you have to push with a paperclip/pen tip but i may be wrong. haven't looked at one in quite a long time.
